We manufacture and supply a full range of manual and automatic polishing mops for all metal finishing requirements.

We supply mops in many varieties of cloth, and all diameters from 1" to 36" with variable widths. Typically our mops are designed for use on taper screwed spindles but parallel bores are available on request.

Mops can be stitched for extra hardness or impregnated for more durability and a longer life.

We also manufacture and supply a range of Coolair® manual polishing mops which use bias cut material to promote maximum mop life and greater output than conventional mops.

These can also be impregnated for extra durability and hardness.

Should you have a requirement for Automatic applications then again we manufacture and supply the full solution for your requirements.

Our extensive Airflow® range covers all possible automatic requirements. As with our manual mop range our Airflow® range can be stitched or impregnated for extra strength and longer life.

All types of materials are available from woven cloths such as cotton, sisal and polycotton to non-woven abrasive web of all grades. Our range also includes the non-woven cotton Notiflex® exclusive to Lippert-Unipol.

We also manufacture and supply a wide range or small mops and compo for use in kits and DIY applications.
